I worked at practice approx 2 years, then bought out owner. Solo since for 33 years. Nice suburban community with large city about 35 minutes one direction, farms and rural same distance the other. most clients mid to lower upper class. I've known many families of multiple generations. Very stable clientele. Practice sits in a nice old neighborhood, minutes from shopping, entertainments, yet only less than 5 minutes off Pa. Turnpike. Great school districts, and many areas within 15 or less minutes from practice are still growing. 3 high quality 24/7 ER's and Specialty Practices within 10-15 minutes. No real estate but the outside has a large open front and side. There is a nice large yard access for clinic and appointment patients. I'm on the end of a row of buildings so no foot traffic of any kind in our side yard, and parking is directly in front.

Stable clientele, I've made nearly 700k gross with a major discount program, and 4.5 to 5 days a week. I don't do laser, ultrasound, or much tele-medicine, so very easily practice can increase with the right owner. This is still and old fashioned family type practice, with most clients eventually becoming our friends. I have full tax and business statements for last 3 years (likely will be needed if I have you do valuation.) I also have all info and breakdowns on % of inventory and service income by category, as well as list of all equipment, and other pertinent clinic items.
